More sustainable livestock farms? Slow Food explains how to obtain them

Through an interesting interview with Jacopo Goracci, referent of the producers of the Slow Food Razza Maremmana Presidium, a recent Slow Food article tells how this change in livestock farming methods is not only possible but also desirable.
