The new year has just begun and there are many new features from the LIFE Grace project.
On 15 and 22 January, between 5.10 pm to 8.00 pm, two workshops dedicated to the preparation of tartare will be held in Latina, at the l’Istituto d’Istruzione Superiore San Benedetto.
The two initiatives organised by the LIFE GRACE project, led by ARSIAL, in collaboration with the l’Istituto d’Istruzione Superiore San Benedetto and with advocacy of Camera di Commercio of Latina and Frosinone will be dedicated to the valorisation of production of livestock systems focused on grazing, with workshops dedicated to the preparation of tartare with meat from Natura 2000 areas supplied by breeder Massimo Pelliccia. The workshops will be held by Professor Paolo Forzan and the Institute's students will participate.
In the second half of the afternoon, World Cafés will be organised in which farmers operating in Natura 2000 areas, Horeca sector, restaurants, etc. are invited to participate. The issues of discussion will be dedicated to promoting collaboration between the various actors in the supply chain through a territorial network approach (business network).
