Next Wednesday, January 24, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Campagna Amica Market in Latina, Via Don Minzoni 1, will conclude the three-day local event dedicated to the quality of meat from livestock systems focused on grazing in the territories of the Lazio Region.
After the afternoon meetings on June 15 and June 22 with the students of the San Benedetto Institute of Higher Education in Latina, where the proposed focus is on the enhancement of these meats in culinary preparations of excellence and, in particular, in tartare, the LIFE Grace Project moves to the square, to the Campagna Amica Market, to give a demonstration, with tasting of course, of how these preparations, very tasty and loved by consumers, acquire greater quality and intensity with the use of meat from animals raised in the wild.
Accompanying the Life Grace experts will be Professor Paolo Forzan and students from the San Benedetto Institute.
It is, therefore, an initiative, held in three different days, which aims to offer spaces for education and training essential for the development of the local economy, in dynamic balance with its territory.
The tasting menu that will be offered to the citizens who will attend on the morning of January 24 will be based on tartare from Vitellone di Itri raised on grazign in the Monti Aurunci SPA.
At the end of the initiative, the LIFE Grace World Café will also be held for a model of cooperation to strengthen the business network between the Horeca supply chain and livestock farmers operating in Natura 2000 sites.
