The presentation of the LIFE Grace project will be held on Saturday 12th November, starting at 10 a.m. in Rome at the “Casale Podere Rosa” Social and Cultural Center. The LIFE Grace project aims to promote in 3 SPAs in Lazio the conservation of three semi-natural habitats that require grazing as a condition to avoid deterioration or loss.
The event promoted by partners of the LIFE Grace project in collaboration with the Gas-GAABE (Purchase Group of Organic and Fair Foods) of Casale Podere Rosa will be an opportunity to learn about the ecological role of grazing and how extensive livestock farming of local breeds and subsequent market opportunities play an extremely important role in the conservation of biodiversity.
Some breeders in the 3 project’s SPAs (Special Protection Areas) of the will tell their stories, the passion for their work and their territory.
During the morning, a free tasting of grass-fed products from the “Grace” supply chain will be available and a small market where to buy the products will be set up.
